All sessions are by reservation only, and payment is due prior to the scheduled class.
Reservations must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance in order to avoid a $15 late cancel or $25 no-show fee. A “late cancel” is considered anything after the 12-hour window and up to 2 hours prior to class time. A “no show” is anything within the two hours prior to class or when you just don’t show up.
You must have a valid credit card on file.
All class packages have a 6-month expiration from date of the initial package purchase.
Our unlimited Platinum Membership includes ONE class per day. Our Gold Membership includes 8 sessions per month. Memberships can be month-to-month or, for better value, auto-pay with a 3-month minimum commitment. If you have purchased the 3-month contract of either the Gold or Platinum membership, you can cancel your membership, after the contract time period is over, with a 30-day written cancellation notice. You can send that to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All packages and memberships are non-transferrable and non-refundable. No holds, freezes, or extensions. We may grant an exception for holds and freezes under very specific, extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis and at our discretion.
We do not allow anyone to enter class if they are more than 5 minutes late. This policy is in place to prevent injury and to be considerate of the Trainer and other Session participants. Please make sure you call the studio at 626.441.1133 and speak to someone to hold your spot for you. Otherwise, you run the risk of losing your reservation and being charged a no show fee.
No food or eating allowed in the studio.
Turn off all cell phones and mobile devices prior to class.
Follow directions from instructors and posted signs.
Be courteous and respectful of all others during class and at all times.
